Welcome to CBI Religious School!

Here at the CBI Religious School we provide an all around Jewish experience for your children. Along with the Jewish education we impart on your children, we also strive to provide a warm and welcoming environment where every child feels included.

The overall mission of the Religious School at Congregation Beth Israel is to imbue our students with both the knowledge and the commitment necessary to become an active and contributing member of the Jewish community on the local, national and world levels. Our goal is to provide a high quality Jewish educational program that is stimulating, thought provoking and creative.  We strive to create a community of learners who take pride in their Jewish heritage and are inspired to learn, understand and participate in Jewish life and ritual. We are guided by the tenets and principles of Judaism, including: Tikun Olam (mending the world), Tzedek Tzedek Tirdoff (see the same justice for others as you demand for yourself), Torah L’Shma (the study of Torah for its own sake) and Kol Yisrael Arevim Zeh La’Zeh (we are each responsible for one another).  At Congregation Beth Israel, we view each child as B’tzelem Elokim, made in the image of God. Our school program supports each child, at their level and provides the foundational building blocks of a strong Jewish identity. We allow your child to experience Judaism in a safe, comfortable and fun environment.
