Welcome to Congregation Beth Israel. Being a member brings the opportunity to make life long friends, and celebrate all the important lifecycle events in your  family.    New members are delighted at how easily they re-discover their Jewish heritage under the nurturing guidance of Rabbi George Nudell and Cantor  Matthew Axelrod, both long-term members of the congregation.  When you join Congregation Beth Israel, your family will enjoy a warm environment that will leave them with special memories to cherish for life.

A member of the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism, Congregation Beth Israel offers dynamic religious services and educational programs for children,  teens, adults and seniors – to meet the diversified needs of our congregation.    Our synagogue has been nationally recognized by the USCJ for providing the  ”Highest Quality Jewish Education” and has received the Solomon Schechter Gold Award for “Excellence in Family Education” and the Silver Award for and  ”Exemplary Special Education Program“.
